One of my friends wants to participate the graduate entrance exam of 2011. So she needs some necessary reference books. And she gave me a big task, that is, seeking for these books and buying them for her. I surf the Internet for a  long time but I haven't find them completely. Thus I turn to you for help. Could you give me some advice? Some bookstores online? And I want to ask one question: Can I buy a book from a USA's bookstore online-http://www.amazon.com/ ? How to pay for books?

why dont u buy them all?  We could buy almost every book from the websites.  the most popular websits are those :  taobao, dangdang, zhuyue,and etc. it is very conveinet!  Just a piece of cake!

in my opinion, we can buy books from foreign counties websits. but what I am most concerned is the price! the Tax is  high or not?

DANGDANG is good idea,you can pay money after you get book;They send the book in the door,it is convenient to you.I have bought books by dangdang three times.

I often borrow books from our library;
I never buy Reference book, because I think the textbook is enough for me

I think the books you friend needs maybe someone has used ,so you r friend could ask senior fellow apprentices whether they have the books and how they get the book.It is not necessary for your friend to buy the expensive books.
