【别名】糜蛋白酶;胰凝乳蛋白酶 ,α-糜蛋白酶,甲-糜蛋白酶 sigma、merck都有 看你的实验堆试剂的要求，试剂分不同等级…… merck有以下几种： 1. α-Chymotrypsin ( 胰凝乳蛋白酶 ) ： (from bovine pancreas) cryst. lyophilized 350 U/mg for biochemistry EC 3.4.21.1 2.α-Chymotrypsin, Bovine Pancreas ( α-Chymotrypsin, Bovine Pancreas ) 2mu： Native α-chymotrypsin from bovine pancreas. Catalyzes hydrolysis of peptides, amides, and esters, mostly at bonds involving the carboxyl groups of aromatic L-amino acids. Inhibited by aprotinin and antitrypsin. Note: 1 MU = 1,000,000 units. 3.Chymotrypsin, Bovine Pancreas, High Purity, Endotoxin-Free ( Chymotrypsin, Bovine Pancreas, High Purity, Endotoxin-Free ) ： Nagtive chymotrypsin from bovine pancreas. Endotoxins removed chromatographically. An endoproteinase that preferentially hydrolyzes peptide bonds involving carboxyl groups of aromatic amino acids. Readily acts upon amides and esters of susceptible amino acids. May be used for tissue dissociation when combined with trypsin and elastase. 4. Chymotrypsin, Human Pancreas ( Chymotrypsin, Human Pancreas ) ： Natiave chymotrypsin from human pancreas. Pancreatic digestive enzyme.
