Dear Dr. He, I'm the commissioning editor for SPE Plastics Research Online and was interested in your paper on "--". We have a large community of members who are involved with Composites, and I think an article about your work would be of particular interest to them. As a result, I'd be really grateful if you or one of your team would consider writing something. We don't need much, just 800 words plus figures and references.
