江苏城市场馆健身人群不同参与度的体育价值取向比较研究 摘 要:运用文献资料和SPSS统计方法，通过问卷调查分析了江苏城市场馆健身人群的参与度与体育价值取向。研究结果表明：江苏城市场馆健身人群的参与度处于良好的状态，体育价值观呈现出多层次、多元化结构；健身人群每周不同锻炼时间的价值取向具有显著性差异，每日锻炼和运动年限高的人群体育价值观平均值较高。为了更好的开展全民健身体育工作，应积极采用有利措施提高健身人群的运动参与度，完善体育价值观，树立终身体育的观念。 |

The comparative study of different participation and Sports Value of people in the fitness venues of city in Jiangsu Abstact Participation and Sports Value in the fitness venues of city in Jiangsu was analyzed by questionnaire survey using literatures and SPSS statistical method. The results show that: the participation of people in fitness venues of city in Jiangsu locats in a good condition ,and sports value showing mutil-level and diversified structure;The sports value of people who had dfferent exercise time per week showed Significant difference, people exercised every day and long time had higher average values.In order to carry out the wide fitness work better ,measures should adopted actively to increase the participation and inprove sport vaule ,establish the concept of life-long sports. |
