xps结合能免费查询，数据齐全。不知道有没有发过，我再这里公布一下，一般催化剂的表征都会用到

免费的XPS/AES等分析数据库

很不错的光电子谱(XPS)和俄歇电子谱(AES)等材料分析的数据库.可以很容易查到多种数据(例如XPS中不同化学态相关的结合能).和包阔原始数据的来源,非常有用,希望大家喜欢.

一个是美国国家标准技术研究院收集的数据(很权威):
