大家好！我用waters公司的GPC测的分子量，Waters 515，示差检测器，我想在英文文章的表征方法中写上，谁有比较好的英文段落，急用！非常感谢！ Polymer molecular weight was determined by size-exclusion chromatography with multi-angle laser light-scattering detection (SEC-MALLS). SEC was performed using a HPLC pump (Waters 515) and a column (300 mm×0.8 mm, MZ-Gel SDplus 500 5μm). Column effluent was monitored sequentially with a miniDawn light-scattering detector (Wyatt technology, Santa, Barbara, CA, USA) and an Optilabr Exdifferential refractometer(Wyatt Technology). Two 25 mm high-pressure filter with 0.22 and 0.1 μm pore (Millipore) were used for on-line filteration of the mobile phase. The mobile phase was THF with a flow rate of 0.5ml/min. 不知道这样写合适么？ |
