FTIR test shows that the structural unit layer of graphite in the oxidation process bonds a large number of functional groups, parts of stable functional groups are still remaining in the reduced structure layer surface ; X-ray diffraction patterns show that the graphite oxidation peaks move to the small-angle shift, broadening, original graphite peak disappearing, after reduction the diffraction peak of the product disappears. Size analysis and SPM test resolve the particle size distributionthe of the sample dispersion solution; The result shows that the size of oxided graphene is larger,while the sample size decreases significantly after reduction. |
