[交流] 【Discussion】Which do you have to consider when you look for a job

Today I read a report discussing if China should raise retirement age. As a matter of fact, we do not care about retirement age. We are wondering what is the hot in careers. Want to know which careers will have the most job openings and pay the best salaries? We also want to find out what education we need for different types of jobs. Do you know if there is a website to answer these questions?
Sometimes I talk to my parents, teachers, other friends about my preferences and career options. They do not like to listen these topics. They want to know how much money I will earn if I take a job. When you look for a job, which one is the decisive factor between personal preferences and best salary?

the most important factor i think is your interest！with the interest you will create the curiosity and also you will dedicate your whole life into it . without the interest although you are highly payed you will finally feel it boring and thus  lower your motive power！！

in china  i think salary is important, if i were you, i will consider the salary fisrt, and a suitable position in a company also is important, if you want to see more far you should stand in a high position.
