关于Reject and Resubmit？？？？？？ 已有1人参与

编辑给了如下意见： I do, however, give you the option of rewriting and resubmitting the manuscript after incorporating the changes suggested by the reviewers. This submission should be submitted as a new submission, and it will be assigned a new number. Please reference this paper in your cover letter with the reworked manuscript along with a complete description of the changes made. 请教问题如下： 1）是否要把文章中每一处更改都在response lett体现出来，因为文章基本上重新写了，那样的话改动太多了太烦了，估计编辑/审稿人也不会一处处地看。 2）在回答审稿人问题时，是否只回答Specific Comments，对其General comments 是否也要一段段给出回答？ [ Last edited by alps1999 on 2010-9-15 at 13:07 ] |
