论文7月9日送审，昨天编辑回信，接收的机会有多大？

本人投的第一篇英文（期刊IF：1.5），各位有经验的虫子帮忙看看，主编这样回信，修改之后接受的机会有多大？ Dear **: We have received the reports on your manuscript, "****************", which you submitted to the Journal of **. Considering the advice received, your manuscript will be reconsidered for publication should you be prepared to incorporate major revisions. When preparing your revised manuscript, you are asked to carefully consider the attached reviewer comments and submit a list of changes/ and responses to each of the comments. Your list should be uploaded as a file in addition to your revised manuscript, and the list should include an extra copy of the revised manuscript with changes highlighted. The revised manuscript and list might be returned to the original or new reviewers. Your revised manuscript is due on Nov 11, 2010. If you require more time, please request an extension of the due date. Extensions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. After the deadline, any new version of the manuscript should be submitted as a new paper. PLEASE NOTE: Your revised version cannot be submitted in .ps or .pdf format, but the list may be. In the event that your revised version is accepted, your paper can be sent to production without delay only if we have the source files on hand.
