Do you have a scale bar on your SEM photos? If so, it should be easy to figure out the thickness of the coating. If you do not have a scale bar and if your SEM photo is an electronic version, you may then reload your file into the SEM computer which should be able to recalcuate the thickness. Otherwise, it will be tough to get the thickness information. The best way is to measure thickness while you SEM your samples. |
