IEEE, UFFC一审意见归来，老实修去了 已有3人参与

Dear Dr.xx: Your paper has been fully reviewed consistent with the IEEE standards. Based upon my judgement and the reviewers comments, I regret that we cannot accept this paper in its current form for publication. We do encourage you to review the comments of the reviewers and consider reworking your manuscript and resubmitting it to our journal. Our journal has eliminated the decision option, “Major revisions”. It was done in order to give the authors the flexibility to execute additional theoretical and or experimental work without the time constraints associated with the review process. If you decide to resubmit (we hope you do), you will be asked to enter the identification number of this paper during your submission process. Reviewer: 1 Comments to the Author Paper describes a signal processing method that can separate the contributions of different overlapping dispersive guided-wave modes in a time-domain signal. I do not that this paper is suitable for publication for the reasons detailed below, which may be summarised as (1) lack of practical utility of proposed method, (2) poorly developed and over-complicated mathematical treatment of a rather trivial operation. |
