从干细胞到T细胞：一条途径还是多条途径？

成体胸腺内发育的T细胞的最终来源是骨髓中的造血干细胞。这里，我们总结了关于从骨髓出发、随血循环迁移并定植于胸腺以产生T细胞的造血祖细胞的识别方面的研究。积累的资料表明，多种不同的骨髓祖细胞具有T细胞系列分化能力，均可能和胸腺内T细胞发育有关。这类研究的灵活性（flexibility）提示，存在一种可以作用于多种具有T细胞系列分化能力的祖细胞的T细胞系列定位机制，并提示只有这些能够迁移并定植于胸腺内的具有T细胞系列分化能力的祖细胞，才可以被认为是生理性T细胞的祖细胞。 Title: From stem cell to T cell: one route or many? Journal: Nature Reviews Immunology 6, 117-126 (February 2006) Abstract: T cells developing in the adult thymus ultimately derive from haematopoietic stem cells in the bone marrow. Here, we summarize research into the identity of the haematopoietic progenitors that leave the bone marrow, migrate through the blood and settle in the thymus to generate T cells. Accumulating data indicate that various different bone-marrow progenitors are T-cell-lineage competent and might contribute to intrathymic T-cell development.
