我没学过这方面的知识，我只是试试，你觉得有用的话就随便看看哈
1   When the quenched steel 40CrNi2Mo is heated in the critical region ,needle austenite will be  formed in martensite lath , along with the formation of granular austenite grain in the originalprior austenite grain boundaries , martensite lath boundary and block boundary.
2   When the quenched and tempered state steel 40CrNi2Mo  is heated in the critical region ,austenite firstly form nucleation beside the cementite particles which is in the boundary of ferrite grain,after the nucleation of austenite,it grows to a long strip along the ferrite grain boundary and then connects to reticulars,finally impel into grain interior and become granular.
