[交流] 【Discussion】I really do not like this noise.

Two weeks ago I prayed to god for a new person, because i don't want to be alone. That would be a bad situation if I was the only student in my lab. I was so excited when I was noticed that a post doc. would come. Two weeks later, I cannot be excited again. Is this a gift or trial from god? I am really tired of her, she is so noisy. She cannot stop speaking even for a minute. She speak out about almost everything. I have never met such a noisy person. Sometimes I pretend to be very busy and did not hear what she was speaking, she will talk to me a second time. Oh, my ... I am going to be mad

Everybody need some personal time to focus on their work. What should i do?

I feel better now. That's right, i should not complain of colleagues or friends around me. I think speaking too much is just her habit which is hard to stop. Actually, she has some advantages, such as frankness and warm-heart. I changed my attitude and things became better. I will just speak less and keep polite to her.

Do not complain about the behavior of your colleagues! They are friendly, and they do not want to hurt you at all. Gentlly but directlly tell them you need a short while to think about or deal with your own private things, and during this period you dislike disturbing by other people. I think sunshiness and frankness are important virtue that each boy should has.
