| 为提高小麦秸秆的酶解得率，考查了超声功率、超声时间和表面活性剂用量三因素对小麦秸秆的纤维素酶解过程的影响，并采用响应面方法优化了小麦秸秆的酶解糖化工艺条件。结果表明，添加适量的表面活性剂和置于适当的超声波场中是提高小麦秸秆的酶解得率的有效的方法。 |

To improve the yield of enzymatic hydrolysis of wheat straw, examines the ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time and amount of surfactant three factors on the process of wheat straw cellulose hydrolysis effect， and optimized using response surface method of enzymatic hydrolysis of wheat straw saccharification conditions. These results indicate that adding surface active agents and placed in appropriate ultrasonic field is to increase the yield of enzymatic hydrolysis of wheat straw and effective way. |
