投稿后期刊给这样的回复稿件是不是已经在编辑手里了？ 已有10人参与

RT，投稿完成后，杂志给了以下回复， 编号也给了，但是我从期刊网站上看不到稿件状态，生成的PDF格式文档我也没能下载下来 问题是稿件是不是已经在编辑手里了？投出去很久了没回音 是Wiley的期刊，To-Do里面啥都没有 Dear Author, You have successfully finished your submission of manuscript "xxx“.
