A chemical approach to stem-cell biology and regenerative medicine Animprovedunderstandingofstem-cellandregenerativebiology,aswellasabettercontrolofstem- cellfate,islikelytoproducetreatmentsformanydevastatingdiseasesandinjuries.Chemicalapproach esarestartingtohaveanincreasinglyimportantroleinthisyoungfield.Attentionhasfocusedonchemic alapproachesthatallowtheprecisemanipulationofcellsinvitrotoobtainhomogeneouscelltypesforce ll-basedtherapies.Anotherpromisingapproachisthedevelopmentofconventionalchemicalandbiologicaltherapeuticstos timulateendogenouscellstoregenerate.Suchtherapeuticscanactontargetcellsortheirnichesinvivo topromotecellsurvival,proliferation,differentiation,reprogrammingandhoming. 对干细胞和再生生物学基础理论研究的进一步深入，以及对细胞死亡调控的进一步理解，为某些严重疾病和伤害的治疗提供了强有力的理论支持。同时基于化学的研究和治疗方法也开始在这个全新的领域发挥重要的作用。在这里我们将着重关注利用化学手段，在体外更精准的对细胞进行操作并且获得不同类型的同源细胞用于细胞治疗。 我们还将关注另外一个非常有前途的领域，即利用常规的化学手段和生物疗法，激发内源的细胞进行再生。这种在体内进行的对靶细胞或靶位点的疗法会极大地提高细胞的成活率，增长能力，重组效率以及细胞的定位。 详情请查看www.bioknow.cn最新文献解读 |
