[交流] 投稿到Elsevier杂志未过技术审查，请虫友帮忙出主意。已有21人参与

最近投稿到Elsevier下的一个杂志，收到审查意见。
Comments:

1) In its current state, the level of English throughout your manuscript does not meet the journal's desired standard. There are a number of grammatical errors and instances of badly worded/constructed sentences. Please check the manuscript and refine the language carefully.

2) Pages should be numbered consecutively.

第一条是需要认真改的，但是想请教大家，是不是我的英语太差了才会出来这么严重的问题？我感觉我的英语还行啊！没想到说的这么严重。有经验的虫友看看这个改完再投有希望吗？还是要另找期刊投？
第二条就不明白什么意思了。我论文里的图、表和公式都是按顺序排的。不明白他说的是什么意思。
我的论文从投稿系统下载下来的顺序是
1.Elsevier Editorial System(tm) for Signal Processing Manuscript Draft
2.Cover Letter
3. ManuscriptFigure captions
4.Figure
感觉也没什么错误啊？

Hey, Technical Check is an essential part prior to under reviewing. From the comments that has been proposed by editors, you should pay special attention to the following things,
1. One easy correction. Just add page No. in your manuscript in your WORD.
2. The language is not competent enough for moving to review module, so you should polish your expressions as well as sentence structures to make your manuscript clearly understood. There are two major ways for you to consider. One is to pay for language correction, the other is to ask for your partners to correct your paper.

If your language is not good enough for this paper, so do other journals.
