还在北京招一个GCMS 的应用工程师，要求2年以上GCMS的使用经验，比较健谈； Job Title: SID Application Engineer GC/MS - China Organization: Thermo Fisher Scientific (China) Co., Ltd Location: Beijing Band: 3 Reports To: Application Manager Position Summary: Provide customer training and application support for SID GC and GC/MS product lines under SID commercial operations within the assigned territories in order to assist lead generation or influence customer preference in favor of Thermo, eventually become loyal customers. Create sales or support tools for assigned product lines to highlight the competitive differentiator or support Thermo customers. Job Description: 1. Conduct customer operation training and application support for assigned product line or technologies as required. 2. Understands customer’s problems, recommends solutions to meet their needs, and ensures customer satisfaction. 3. Working closely with sales team/dealers in developing application roadmap, technical marketing plan, and key customer collaboration and providing technical input, feedback and local coordination. 4. Manage daily operation of Training Lab, maintain and keep instruments and lab facility in good condition. 5. Post-sales follow-up to monitor customer satisfaction and fortify customer relationships. 6. Provide technical assistance or training for assigned products or technologies to sales or support channels (internal or external) to enable channel competence and competitiveness. 7. Compile customer training materials for assigned product line or technologies as required. 8. Act as technical link with assigned product line marketing and application staff to ensure commercial industrial and marketing information is timely communicated to factories and factory technical information communicated to the channel. Key Metrics: 1. Sales order booking and relative growth for GC/MS product lines in assigned territories 2. Improved win rate of GC/MS product line in assigned territories 3. Market share of GC/MS product lines in assigned territories 4. Customer preference index for GC/MS product lines in assigned territories 5. Channel competence improvement rated by responsible managers 6. Customer feedback and channel feedback Qualifications: 1. Bachelor or above in analytical chemistry or subjects related to GC/MS technologies, Master degree is a plus. 2. >2 years hands on lab experience with analytical instruments related to GC/MS technologies. 3. Effective oral and written communication skills with both English and Chinese (Mandarin). 4. Demonstrated effective teamwork player. 5. Self motivated and result oriented. 6. Systematic problem solver. 7. Effective customer interactive experience. 8. Project management experience. 9. Lab management experience |
