中文大概的意思是： Th17 cells 能够分泌 IL-22, IL-6 and TNF-a，并且 研究已经证实了IL-22, IL-6 and TNF-a促进破骨细胞的增殖与活化。那么Th17 cells 是否在骨质疏松中也分泌这些细胞因子呢？ 我翻译的英文 Considering the fact that Th17 cells have the ability to secrete IL-22, IL-6 and TNF-a, which have been shown to regulate osteoclast differentiation and function，do they also can secrete these cytokines in the pathophysiology of osteoporosis? |
