为促进我国与国际社会在高端计算机控制技术、自动化控制技术方面的交流与合作，由哈尔滨工业大学（Harbin Institute of Technology）、美国电子和电气工程师协会(IEEE)合作承办，香港理工大学，香港城市大学等单位协办的第三届IEEE高端计算机控制国际会议（The 3rd IEEE International Conference on Advanced Computer Control（ICACC 2011））将于2011年1月18——20日在黑龙江省哈尔滨市举办。
此次会议旨在交流信息技术领域的技术进步和研究成果的国际会议，研讨内容包括：数学、信息科学与系统科学、动力与电气工程电子、通信与自动控制技术、计算机科学技术、航空航天科学技术等。该国际会议是目前计算机领域最高级别的国际会议之一。
此次大会将为研究人员、工程师、学者以及来自世界各地的专业人士提供一个平台，介绍他们的研究成果和关于高端计算机控制的前沿发展。为代表们面对面地交流新的思想和应用经验，以及建立全球企业或研究关系，并寻求未来的全球合作伙伴提供了机会。大会邀请的国际著名计算机科学与信息技术方面专家的到来，也将极大地促进哈尔滨市信息产业的发展。

Welcome to ICACC 2011
The 3rd IEEE International Conference on Advanced Computer Control (ICACC 2011) is the premier forum for the presentation of technological advances and research results in the fields of Advanced Computer Control, Automation, Intelligent System, Communication Systems, Computational Intelligence, and Applied Computer Science. ICACC 2011 will bring together leading engineers and scientists in Advanced Computer Control from around the world.
All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceeding by IEEE (Control Number: #17959), and then will be indexed by EI Compendex, INSPEC, Thomson ISI, IEEE XploreTM.
