Here are some possible explanations: What's wrong with you? --- more often the sent. expresses some discontent about your wrong behavior in oral english What happened to you? --- concern about u What's your trouble?---u did sth to offend the speaker who says it as discontent or challenge, same as "what is ur problem What's the matter?--- concern about u |
