My paper has been submit for a long time, and no respond. I want to write a letter to ask whether they receive it or not,but i dont know how to write this letter,Could you help me?Thank you very much! |

| The editor is always very busy, so you have to ask him directly. Firstly,the following basic informations have to be included in your letter: the title of your paper, the reference number given by editor, the time when you submitted your paper. Next, you can tell him that you have not received any information about the paper yet, and then you can emphasis that you are looking forward to receive the letter telling you the final decision of the editor. |
