I remember one of my friends said to me sometime, you are a person who try to pursue perfect in all aspects of your life. Anyway, i am not sure, but sometimes i do feel a little tried...

you've got the point, i think. Changes equal to pains in some degree, but maybe it's  not a bad thing, we can learn more about the outside world, learn more about ourselves, then we grow up gradually.
