    According to the abcnews.go.com, on August 20, Matt Frerking, American, has, since four years ago, been suffering from a curious disease by which he is paralyzed upon being in love.
    Frerking , 39, is a neurologist at Oregon Health and Science University. His wife is 12 years older than him and they have been married for 13 years. They live a happy life, however, both his wife and him have rarely had physical contact in recent years. Frerking can not help closing his eyes and becoming paralyzed when he experiences love. Besides, during an attack of love , he can hear and feel everything going on around him without no pain.
    Frerking also reacts to love movies or strangers who display love affection. Recently, at his step granddaughter's soccer game, just the sight of the child in her uniform caused Frerking to have a massive attack before the game had even started.
    Frerking has to divert attention immediately or think about more "serious"  things to avoid the disease attack. Just one photo from their wedding 13 years ago hangs on a wall in a bedroom of their home, and most of their other photos are stashed away, out of view, in photo albums.
    The medication prescribed to him slows the onset of Frerking's attacks, giving him a chance to find a resting spot before his muscle function shuts down
