阳离子交换树脂催化油脂副产物制备生物柴油动力学研究 摘要: 以棕榈油脱臭馏出物(PODD)和无水甲醇为原料,强酸性阳离子交换树脂为固体酸催化剂,在自制的固定床反应器中进行酯化反应,成功合成了脂肪酸甲酯(生物柴油)。同时研究了该酯化反应的动力学。通过对实验结果的分析,发现此条件下脂肪酸甲酯的合成表现为二级不可逆反应。根据动力学数据,得到了实验条件范围内的反应动力学方程和参数,提供了利用油脂副产物制备生物柴油的最宜工艺条件。 Reaction Kinetics for Producing Biodiesel from By-products of Botanical Oils Catalyzed by the Cation Exchange Resin Abstract:Fatty acid methyl esters esters (biodiesel) were prepared by catalytic esterification from palm oil deodorizer distillate (PODD) and anhydrous methanol in self-made fixed bed reactor using cation exchange resin as solid acid catalyst. The reactional kinetics of the esterification is studied. The conclusion is obtained by analyzing the experiment result, finding that the synthetic reaction of Fatty acid methyl esters appeared to be a second- order irreversible reaction. According to the kinetic data of experiment, the kinetic equation and related parameters is obtained to the extent of the experimental conditions. The optimum conditions of Producing Biodiesel using by-products of botanical Oils are provided. |
