Crystal Growth and Design 小修中的两个棘手问题。已有6人参与

今日Crystal Growth and Design审稿意见回来，两个小修一个大修，三人的评价都算不错。可是第三个大修的审稿人提到了两个很棘手的问题： Comments: The paper brings new information regarding the aggregation of water molecules into chains or tapes. The two new coordination polymers are interesting as well. However, before acceptance, the authors should address the following questions: 1. Thermal decompostion of the two complexes: the authors claim that the second steps correspond to the loss of the dicarboxylato anions. This is not possible, because the charge of the Ag(I) ions is not neutralized! If metallic silver is obtained, then no Ag-bipy chains can be formed. 2. The quantum yields for the luminescence spectra should be determined and reported. 强调一下，本人合成的是Ag－吡啶－草酸的2维配位聚合物。第一个问题我觉得问的很好，但是我无法回答， 因为这个问题确实是个问题，但是很多文献却也是像我那样子描述的TGA曲线。 第二个问题由于实验条件限制我做不了。 这该如何response呢？请高手指点迷津阿，不胜感激 [ Last edited by 王继伟 on 2010-8-26 at 13:02 ] |
