【求助】DS2019上时间和出国时间问题 已有1人参与

| 我DS2019上面时间是9.1起，是不是必须在10.1前到美国啊？我8.10签证被check了，还没有clear的消息。如果拿到签证后赶不及10.1号前去，会不会有影响啊？ |

依据你说的 DS2019表上写的start date 是9.1 那么你可以在 8月2日至 9月30日 即9.1号的前后一个月（30天）内 持有效的签证入境 As a reminder, Section 214.2(j) as amended by the final rule states that a for a J exchange visitor, and J-2 spouse and children, the initial admission of an exchange visitor, spouse and children may not exceed the period specified on Form DS-2019, plus a period of 30 days for the purposes of travel. 这个DS2019表在入境时与签证一样，是缺一不可的必备材料，在入境时应务必保证 入境日期 在 start date的前后30天内。 如果你的预计入境日期超过start date的前后30天内 则需要update你的2019表 具体的和当初给你发2019表的小米联系！ |
