ICSDM & BJ-IWGIS is aspired to establish a long-term forum for researchers and practitioners engaged in the fields of geosciences and information & communication technology to share their innovative ideas and achievements in the multi-faceted research of spatial data mining, geographical modeling, Internet-based knowledge sharing and service, and decision support under the umbrella of geo-information science and technology. The two conferencesBJ-IWGIS 2011 and ICSDM 2011 will be jointly held from June 29-July 1, 2011, in Fuzhou, China. This will provide an excellent opportunity for all researchers and professionals involved in Spatial analysis, GIS, GPS, and Remote sensing research to present and discuss the latest advances, new theories, fresh technologies, and novel applications. Authors are invited to submit unpublished papers, which are not under review in any other conference or journal at the time of submission, on the topics described (but not limited to). Accepted papers will be presented at the conference and archived in both IEEE eXplore and Library of Congress and will be indexed by EI Compendex database. Selected papers will be published in special issues of SCI indexed journals. After conference, a three-day sightseeing tour to Wuyi Mountain (both natural and cultural UNESCO World Heritage site) will be organized from July 2-4, 2011.
