怎么会这样？SCI期刊啊 已有26人参与

我5月5日投的《environmental monitoring and assessment》，7月8号显示为under review,可是到昨天状态改变为reviewer assigned,怎么回事？3个多月下去了，不会又重新找人评审吧？？？？？？？？ [ Last edited by xymao0710 on 2010-8-17 at 08:48 ] |

我的也是，投稿四个多月了，状态来来回回改了好几次，憋不住了，昨天发邮件问，今天就回了，详情如下 Dear XX, Thank you for your email. The editor has invited a number of potential reviewers upon the submission of your manuscript. One of those reviewers has agreed to take on the assignment (status changed to 'Under Review') and the rest have not yet responded with their invitations despite several reminders. Thus, the editor has to find for another suitable reviewers to get the required number of reviews. This is why your submission's status has returned to 'Reviewers Assigned'. When the review process has been completed, the Associate Editor rendered his decision and assigned the paper back to the Editor-in-Chief for final decision (status changed to Editor Assigned). As soon as the EiC reaches the final decision, he will notify you directly. Thank you for your understanding and should you have further concerns, please let me know.
