It implies thatalthough decrease in solid to liquid ratio could accelerate mass transfer ratio between solid and liquid, which could be favourable to increase in flavonoids extraction ratio, the advantage could be offset by decomposition of flavonoids with prolong of the extraction time after extraction time and solid to liquid ratio arrived at the optimal values. |
