通过CNKI查阅近十年有关甲氨蝶呤血药浓度测定方法的相关文献，对比、分析各测定方法的优缺点，并用Excel进行数据统计，发现最常应用的血药浓度测定方法，再对该方法的色谱条件进行讨论。
Review the literatures on the methods of determination of blood concentration of methotrexate, compare and examine the good and bad for the previously used methods, and statistically analyze the available data using Excel programs. By doing so, to find out the most frequently used method for determining blood concentration of methotrexate, and finally discuss the corresponding test conditions of the chromatography. |
