对于气固催化反应,本征动力学实验通常要求在等温和消除内外扩散影响的条件下进行。其中,外扩散影响需要考察不同装填量的催化剂在相同的工艺条件下的反应情况。本研究催化剂的装填装量分别为0.1 g、0.2 g,在100 oC下测得的CO转化率与接触时间的关系。在接触时间小于某一定值,相当于空速大于某一定值时,分别填装不同质量催化剂的两条转化率-接触时间曲线几近重合,表明这时外扩散影响已经基本消除。在消除外扩散影响的基础上,在相同的原料组成和空速下考察了催化剂粒度对转化率的影响。当催化剂平均粒径小于某一定值时,转化率不随粒径的减小而变化,此时,内扩散的影响已经消除。在消除内外扩散的条件下评价了负载型催化剂的CO催化燃烧消除的本征活性。

For gas-solid catalytic reaction, the intrinsic kinetic experiments is usually performed under isothermal condition without internal and external diffusions. The effects of external diffusion on the catalytic reaction will be examined for different loadings under the same testing conditions.

For gas - solid catalytic reaction and intrinsic kinetics of experiments often require under the condition of isothermal and the elimination of internal and external diffusion effects. Among them, the external diffusion effects inspection needs of different loading catalyst in the reaction conditions under the same conditions. Study on catalyst packing with the volume for 0.1 g, 0.2 g, under the 100 OC in CO conversion rate and contact measuring time. Contact time is less than a certain value equivalent airspeed greater than a certain value, respectively filling quality of different catalysts for conversion of the two - time - to - contact curve near coincide, shows that external diffusion effects have basically eliminated. On the basis of elimination of external diffusion effects on the same raw material composition and airspeed investigation under the impact of the catalyst particle size on conversion ratio. As a catalyst for the average size of less than a certain value, the conversion is not as reduce and change in size, at this point, the diffusion effect has been eliminated. Under the conditions of the elimination of internal and external diffusion evaluation of CO catalytic combustion of supported catalyst for the elimination of intrinsic activity.

The intrinsic kinetic experiment is usually performed under isothermal condition without internal and external diffusions. In order to avoid the affection of the external mass transfer, two curves of CO conversion as a function of the GHSV were evaluated at the catalyst loadings of 0.1g and 0.2g. The external mass transfer can be negligible when the two curves coincide with each other. The affection of internal mass transfer was avoided by investigating the CO conversion as a function of the particle sizes. When the average particle sizes were small enough, the CO conversion remain the same with the change of the average particle sizes.
