[交流] 【Pure water】I need study

A month ago , I begin to work , when I find many thing I can't deall with and havn't  a good arrange , works  tell  me that I must enhance my effectively . works tell me that I need to have few rest . now ,I  need adapt it ,come on !

Please don't mind, found some mistakes in what you wrote.
A month ago, I began to work, but I found many things too tough to deal with for me. Everything was mixed up. I told myself that I have to enhance myself effectively and take more time for work.

About 2 weeks ago, I came to a drug factory to practice. I find that everying is different from the school. What I  just can do is learning to adapt to this circumstance and try to do everything better. So, fighting!
