【Funny】shocked by a kid on the beach

Yesterday I went to the beach alone. It was a cloudy day, even a little cold I felt near the sea. The wind is so strong and the wave of the sea seems no less powerful. This really seldom happens in the summer of Dalian. Whatever, I jumped into the sea and tried to go forward towards the direction opposite to the wave. But time and again I was pushed back by the strong wave and can't move ahead. I felt maybe I was not physically good and was about to swim back to the land to rest a while. Then a kid in the lifebuoy, about 5 years old, appeared in my return trajectory and told me:"Uncle, I have been looking at you. You can not swim, so why bother to pretend again and again". Faint  . Thank to his comment, whereafter I could return to the beach and enjoy the sunshine quietly all the afternoon.  [ Last edited by robiwang on 2010-8-1 at 14:09 ] |
