In China,in the aspect of the solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC)technology,  the 5-10μm  load Dense YSZ electrolyte films has been prepared, and a moderate temperature SOFC can be used as the connector for the Ni-based stainless steel has been developed.The maximum output power density of the load YSZ films based temperature SOFC single cells reaches 0.4 W/cm2, and that of the load LSGM film based temperature SOFC single cells is 0.8W/cm2.These innovations lay a solid foundation for developing kilowatts, 10 kilowatts level temperature solid oxide fuel cell power generation technology.

In china, solid oxide fuel cell SOFC technology, has prepared a thickness of 5 - 10 μ m supported tight YSZ electrolyte thin films and developed a Ni - base stainless steel used as temperature SOFC connector material. Supported YSZ thin film base medium temperature SOFC maximum output power density reached 0.4 of single cells Wcm2, supported LSGM film base medium temperature SOFC single cells to achieve maximum output power density 0.8Wcm2. These technical innovation for the development of 1-kilowatt, 10-kilowatt on intermediate temperature solid oxide fuel cell power generation technology development has laid a solid foundation.
