more that 3 months have been past, the the salary so far has not been paid, the financial condition of the company is poor.
what should we do?
Strike or charge for our shaff benifit,
maybe it's time for a position change

I don't know that the potential of your company.

maybe not very good that your salary couldn't be paid in time.

but you should consider carefully that wouldn't regret that you choose the way to deal with.
