It was also observed in experiment that as ethanol concentration increases, the polarity of solvent change, which would extract more impurity. It may be seen
that 42% ethanol could product the highest extraction yield. The results
suggest that 42% ethanol could offer the suitable vapour pressure,
viscosity and surface tension of extraction solvent, which are
very important physical characteristics of solvent influencing efficiency
of sonication activity, for the flavonoids-enriched extract.
On the other hand, presence of suitable water in solvent could facilitate increase at the extraction yields since water could helpful to enhance swelling of plant
material, which is favourable to increase the contact surface area
between the plant matrix and the solvent, resulting in increase of
the extraction ratio

试验中,我们观察到随着乙醇的浓度上升,溶剂的极性也会改变,结果会将许多(提取物中的)杂质提取出来。可以推断42%的乙醇浓度提取的产物量最大。结果表明,42%的乙醇提取液具有合适的蒸汽压力、粘度和表面张力,这些都是超声法提取黄酮类物质的重要物理参数。另一方面,提取液中适当比例的水能够提高提取物的产量,因为水能促进植物材料的膨胀,有利于增加提取物与溶液的接触面积,进而提高提取物的得率。

试验中观察到溶剂的极性随着乙醇浓度的增加而改变,从而增加杂质的溶出。发现42%乙醇浓度下可达到最高萃取率。该结果提示了42%乙醇可提供最适合的蒸汽压、粘滞性以及萃取剂的表面张力,而蒸汽压、粘滞性以及萃取剂的表面张力是影响超声法提取黄酮类物质有效性的重要物理特征。另一方面,溶剂中适当比列的水有助于萃取率的提高。因为水能促进植物材料的膨胀,有利于增加提取物与溶液的接触面积,进而导致提取率的提高。
