请教IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON MAGNETICS投稿 已有3人参与

| 前段时间投了“IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON MAGNETICS”编辑给的意见是“Unfortunately we are unable to accept the manuscript listed below, which you submitted on our Manuscript Central Web site for consideration for publication in IEEE Transactions on Magnetics, because your paper lacks sufficient references to current literature in the subject, and this has been deemed a criterion for rejection by the Editorial Board. Since you cite only a single relevant paper published by the Transactions in the last two years, it is not clear that the paper is unlikely to be of great interest to our readership. If you choose to resubmit your paper, please perform a more careful search and include a more complete set of references to recent work. ” 请问哪位知道怎么样才符合要求？小弟不胜感激！！！ |
