| In the paper, some characteristics of planarian as model organism were fully researched. It provided the foundation for the spatio-temporal expression study of MLC-alk gene during embryogenesis, the biological function study of MLC-alk gene during embryogenesis and neuranagenesis of planarian and the further research of embryonic development and regeneration and nerve origin for planarian. |
