[交流] 投electrochemistry communications 被拒 已有5人参与

请问我在electrochemistry communications 投了一篇文章，第一天投，第二天就被编辑拒了，编辑意见如下： As announced in issue 2 of 2000 we now review ALL manuscripts in respect of the need for URGENT publication before inviting referees' comments. We expect that less than 50% of submitted papers will pass that initial screening. I have read your note and believe that the urgency criterion is not met. I regret that we are unable to accept your paper for publication in Electrochemistry Communications. 他所指的note是我的文章还是urgency statement？还是两者都是?请问各位大虾是怎么写urgency statement 的？能否发我一份参考？ 可不可以修改一下再投呢？
