[交流] 【Discussion】A winner's mood

I read this phrase from Gosling's book Mastering your PhD, "a winner's mood". In her book, she think "a winner's mood" is really beneficial to an individual and to a research group in the scientific research activity. At this point, I can't agree her more. It goes without discussing how mood would affect your life. Being confident, in my personal view, is absolutely crucial to the success of your professional career and make it more easy to produce a sense of accomplishment and happiness. If you have an optimistic supervisor with a winner's mood, you are a lucky guy as you will surely be influenced and stimulated by him.

PS: I have just informed that my paper will be available soon in an international journal, one of the best in my research field, which bring me a strong taste of the "winner's mood".
