I am sorry to hear that! You should have held the class with your friend. It seemed that you hired an employee. And now she wants more payment. It is hard to deal with this problem. It could improve your ability. So, the "baddest" result is that she gets half of the money, and you get the other half. But you won't be happy ofcourse. I think it is OK. After all, you don't do it for money. Practising your abilities is more important than money. Only some hundrend yuan is no big deal. So, just satisfy her request. But first of all, you should talk with her. I don't think she did it just for money. I think she also wants to improve her abilities. If you have the same goal, which is not money. I think everything is OK. I think, the students' achievement is the best reward, and your goal. Therefore, relax and talk with her! And then decide to increase her payment or not! Don't be angry in the front of her. Cooperation is very important! Many good lucks to you and your partner! I think she is a good girl! Have a nice summer! |
