| 楼主你的理解就可以。 pattern 是指一种已经被大家（局部的大家）接受的做某事的一种已经定下来得模式，比如，经营模式。范围大而广。 而template就是指具体的处理事务的模板，比如， 做电子技术客服， 顾客说， 我的mp3怎么突然开不了机，正常情况下会告诉顾客去做一些故障排除尝试， 那么怎么去做， 可能服务人员手上会有一些常见问题的现成的模板。总之， pattern的范围要比template广泛。总--分的关系。 一个pattern 下面可能有多个不同的模板。 |
