论文被拒，怎样申诉 已有20人参与

这篇文章我于4月初投出去的，当天状态就变为submit，但是这个状态就一直维持了到7月15日，中间就是在5月18日变了一下日期，由以前的4月1日submit,变成5月18日submit。中间我在投稿两个月过后催了一次稿件，在三个月多点也催了一次，就在我第二次催稿后的几天，就给出reject，但是理由很简单，我贴在下面，我觉得给出的理由有点矛盾，他说我的文章不适合他们杂志，那为什在刚开始的时候不拒稿，非得等到现在。各位虫友们，我有必要申述一下不，跟主编沟通一下不？先谢谢各位了。 Reviewers' comments on your work have now been received. As you will note there have been Editorial changes and I have taken up new editorship of the journal. I thank you for your patience. I am also sorry that I am rejecting your paper as I fell it is more suited for a drug delivery journal. I look forward to receiving your other ideas which are within the scope of the Medical Hypotheses. |
