| 取8ml RT-PCR反应产物和1ml上样缓冲液应用琼脂糖凝胶电泳，将扩增产物与2000分子量的Marker同时上样，80V恒压电泳45 min，凝胶成像，用Eagle eye II软件分析系统对各带的密度进行扫描分析。按下式计算相对系数：目的基因的相对表达量=目的基因的灰度值/β-action的灰度值。计算出相对表达水平值用于统计学处理分析 |

8mL products of RT-PCR and 1mL loading buffer as well as amplified products and Marker(Mn 2000) are put into Agarose Gel Electrophoresis(80V, 45min).
