| 取8ml RT-PCR反应产物和1ml上样缓冲液应用琼脂糖凝胶电泳，将扩增产物与2000分子量的Marker同时上样，80V恒压电泳45 min，凝胶成像，用Eagle eye II软件分析系统对各带的密度进行扫描分析。按下式计算相对系数：目的基因的相对表达量=目的基因的灰度值/β-action的灰度值。计算出相对表达水平值用于统计学处理分析 |

8mL products of RT-PCR and 1mL loading buffer as well as amplified products and Marker(Mn 2000) are put into Agarose Gel Electrophoresis(80V, 45min). Eagle eye II is employed to analyze the density of each band. Relative coefficient can be calculated by the following equation: relative expression of target gene=gray value of target gene/gray value of b-action The calculated relative expression will be employed for statistical analysis |
