审稿前编辑要求作者和通讯作者的签名，信中有几个问题不明白像虫友们求教 已有2人参与

信件原文如下 ———————————————————————————————————— Journal title: ********Corresponding author: ********Article title: *****Manuscript number: Dear Dr.******, Thank you for submitting your manuscript to **************. In order to be taken in consideration, will you please sign the following letter, stating that the above manuscript has not published in this or a substantially similar form (in print or electronically including on a website) nor accepted for publication elsewhere nor is under consideration by another publication, falsified nor plagiarized from another academic source. This letter should be sent with manuscript scanned signatures in a jpg file. Signature of the first author Signature of the corresponding author ******* Editorial Office ———————————————————————————————————— 有以下几个疑问： 1）所谓sign the letter 是要一个单独的签名的jpg，还是要吧这封信整个打印出来签名再扫描成jpg？ 2）签名应该用英文没错吧？ 3）关于corresponding author：提交系统上我把自己设为了corresponding author，因为老板没在这个系统注册不能作为corresponding author。但是文章中我给的corresponding author是老板；但是，这封信件最开头写的corresponding author又是我的名字。那么我应该怎么办？first author和corresponding author都写一个名字还是corresponding author给老板的名字？ 4）如果corresponding author要给老板的名字，怎么和编辑说呢？ 5）This letter should be sent with manuscript scanned signatures in a jpg file这句话中 manuscript应该是手写签名而非手稿的意思吧？有没有有经验的虫子啊。。。 6）我在个人资料里写了自己是M.D.，编辑还称呼了dear dr.，我回信的时候有没有必要纠正一下呢。。。 第一次，一大堆问题，多谢有耐心看完的虫子了，麻烦有经验的虫子们英文好的虫子们帮帮忙，谢谢~~ |
