Optimization of pH should be with your medium not modified NA. Again production is not carried out in nutrient agar medium rather it may be in nutrient broth. Please correct this typing error. pH环境的优化应该来至你所使用的培养基，而不是琼脂。还有，繁殖应该是在营养液培养基里完成的，而不是在营养琼脂里。请改正这些笔误。 |
