Please give us the names, affiliations and e-mail addresses of more than 5 "Non-Chinese" expertises with whom there is no conflict of interest, ie, a suggested reviewer should not be a close personal friend, an individual from the same institution, or an individual with whom any of the authors has collaborated. Because reviewers are asked to decline to review any application with which they may have a conflict of interest, suggesting suitable expert reviewers will minimize delays.
